I've been once advised not to offer "too much love" cause I may be pushing the woman I love too hard towards falling in love with me. I've been told I shouldn't show too much love or I could be pushing the passion for myself into her, which is wrong since I may be affecting her decision about me.

Showing your love to her by expressing your true emotions & through your attitude with her is not going to make her leave you.
Smothering her and invade her individuality may make her run away.
We – women- need to feel that men prove their love to us every second of the day. Through text msgs, e-mails, phone calls, flowers & romantic evenings.

Women love attention just like men, but not to the point that she will feel she is watched.
Every woman is different of the degree of attention she is seeking. For me, I love attention and I need him to be always there for me because this is love and I am always there for him.
Nothing wrong by showing the man I love my femininity sometimes, and make him feel like the leader.
It’s not about control. He will respect my privacy and the same time gives me the freedom I need, then we are both happy.

Hard to say...especially without knowing the situation and you as a person. Sounds a little like you may tend to be overzealous? in your pursuit of the right woman, but that sort of approach usually turns a woman off, so maybe you are just a really charming kind of guy, right?

I'd say if there is someone you are interested in tell them, tell the woman you have feelings for her, get it all out in the open then back off a bit, but tell her you are giving her space to make her decision. Its okay to smile, say hi, make small talk with her, etc. during the time you give her to make up her mind, in fact it gives her a good idea of how patient and charming you can be~just don't bring up the whole 'I love you' issue every five minutes.

You're making no sense whatsoever. Love is like a dance, both people take part in it; sometimes one person leads, then the other. If you have good intuition, you can usually select the best course of action under the circumstances. Some women like more expressive guys, others like them more reserved or laid back. Best advice I could give you - just be yourself, and play it by ear. Of course, everything you do and say WILL "affect" her decision about you, but there simply isn't any way around it. No one makes their decisions in a void, our choices are constantly being affected by events and people around us. There's nothing wrong with that.

Why to tell her if you really love her:

Started seeing this guy. We were having a good time and kept saying that's all it is - no strings. Then, I began to get a weird vibe. Asked him if he needed to tell me something. He denied it for weeks. So, I go out with someone else since we were not "a thing". He was coming over to tell me he loved me, and wanted to know where I was the night before. I told him I went out with someone else. It was a major buzzkill for him, and an embarrassment for me because if he had told me sooner I would not have gone out with the other guy.

Moral of the story is - mark the territory if you don't want other guys on it.

i dont think thers an answer that anyone else can give you. if its been a week, you might not want to tell her that you love her or anything too dramatic. you could jsut tell her in a friendly but more than friends way that you think she's really great and enjoy the time you spend together. or if you feel taht its the right time to say something then say it. my first thought is taht if you have to question whether its ok to say something it might not be the best idea. ultimately its your decision. it might not hurt to just say it either if it is how you really feel.

What a great question, I'm glad you asked it.
To my way of thinking it is the man who should express his feelings first. He should initiate it. That way the woman knows there is no doubt about his interest in her and she is then free to express her feelings as well. I wouldn't focus too much on "pushing yourself on her"......just tell her what you feel and how you would like the relationship to proceed. Believe me, she will appreciate that you did.

This is totally up to you... It is ok to express your feelings first but not in a pushy way... be who you are and if she tells you first that is okay too... You can also just ask her how she feels about you and the relationship. I dont see how this is pushing.

Do not be pushy.... Ask in a way that says it is okay to say No.
Everyone needs their chance to express themselves.

I wouldn't think about it that way. The fact is, if you wait and don't show enough interest, she's going to move on quickly.
