Well as far as talking to people I dunno who they are. Are you the same way??? Is it cause public spaces are awkward to chat it up but its easier to just talk to get answers and questions? Or is an online community just a virtual way to just meet avatars?

maybe because on here there will be someone who is interested in what you have to say, whereas in the real life company you keep, perhaps people dont bother to listen to you. hopefully u will find people who do :)

Cartoon faces aren't threatening, and you can choose who to answer. You can read a question, answer anyway you want, or move on - you have hundreds to choose from. You don't have to worry about being rude, how you look, and you can think before speaking. You can also go back and correct mistakes. It's much easier on-line. The person you're writing to is a product of your own imagination.

Because it is anonymous. It is easier to talk on here. When you are facing people, they know you and you can only reveal so much.
