only it,s citizen and the most important group is youth because they are future of India.Be ready to any situation but youth need to stand against odds.They need to reject anti-social people to enter the politics.------BY CASTING THEIR VOTE & REJECTING THE ANTI-SOCIAL ELEMENTS.

Further, some 39% of the Indian population believes their government's performance in combating corruption is not effective, while 20% believes they are not fighting it at all.

We can't make India free from Corruption. But we can reduce the corruption percentage. Easy way is Chinese and American policy. They don't have big amount of currency note. I didn't see more than 100 USD currency note.
Just imagine if any contractor want to pay 10 Lakhs of rupee as under table amount and we don't have Currency note more than 100 RS than he has to pay 100X100 = 10,000.00 RS X 100 = 10 Lakhs. In other hand 1000X100=1 Lakh X10 = 10 Lakhs. He can't carry 100 bundles of 100 note currency.
While if he will deposit the money in Bank, banks are online with IT. They can catch the person easily.
I hope by this way at least we can reduce the corruption.

Nothing. It has a history of corruption because of the caste ssytem and the large difference between rich and poor. Poor people will pay to get things and move up the caste system level. Rich will pay to get things that they want and so the bribery system come into play.

emergency rule for five years ... u cannot think after five years u will find a new india... u just see the present situation bangladesh and remember the sitiation in the year 1977...may be we will loose our fundemental right for five years but if you want something than u have to loose something...its defiately possible..the way is tough but if starts one definately reach the goal

fear of pun inshment if laloo is punished then many will fear but laloo is left and soren is put in jail many guys are there , implement the duty responsibily , no one can finish in aday but it can be done but first create fear of punishment
