I am trying to sell my PC because im about to get a new laptop for University, and i want to know how much i can sell the PC for? at the lowest and maximum price possible.

the specs are:

Intel Pentium 4 530J w/HT ~ 3GHZ SKT LGA775
Asrock 775Dual-915GL (supports both AGP 8X, and PCI-E 16X)
1GB DDR400
Ati (Gecube) Radeon X700 256MB DDR
160GB Western Digital HDD
450 Watts PSU
LG DVD RW "Super Multi-Drive"
Floppy Disk
Windows XP Home Edition with SP2
CoolerMaster Silencer for CPU (Intel original fan is still available)

The best way to do this is by going on dell outlet and seeing how much they charge for a similar build with factory refurb. You could probably get 3-500. Anything over that and no matter how great it is, people will convince themselves they should just buy a new one

That system would be considered low end by now, but it has some parts that could be harvested for some decent cash, like the PSU, the DVD drive, maybe the graphics card. So I'd say probably about $300-$400.
One way to find out is to look at recent auctions on ebay to see what a similarly configured computer sells for.

Really depends upon where you are selling it. I know pc's cost more in Europe and Turkey than in America. I would say $300 in America and $400 in Europe for a maximum. The minimum is up to you.

This is a tough question to answer since computers can depreciate so quickly. It really depends on how old it is. If it is about 4 yrs old, then I would say 100(USD) min. and 250-300(USD) max.
Older and those values go down, newer and they go up.
