How do I go about obtaining guardiandhip of a parent when...?

...a previous court-appointed guardian predeceased my parent? Is it any different from applying for original guardianship? They said you need to submit a petition and a chronology of the original guardianship. Any help is appreciated.

ask to be emanicpated so u dont have any guardianship.. your your own person then..you ask th ecourt or town hall this or guidance counselor

The answere you stated sounds right but, you should check with your State Atty.Generals Off. or the local District Atty.Off.
