Magnetic therapy is a placebo. The alleged nature of magnetic therapy is flawed. According to magnatherapists, the iron in the blood is affected by the magnets, and is doing so lessens pain while shifting blood. There is very little iron in blood, so magnets have no effect. In fact people will have the same lessening of pain and so forth with thing that are not magnetic, are told that they are, and believe that such "therapy's" are effective.

Nothing. Some of the conditions which they're purported to heal simply disappear by themselves. It's a shame, because anything we can get to help our aches and pains would be welcome. But magnetic therapy didn't work in the 1800's, and it doesn't work now.

The work great as greatly overpriced costume jewelry. Oh yeh when the plating wears off it will likely turn your arm colors like green because it is simply plated copper.

Magnets supposedly promote healthy circulation by dilating your capillaries. They are also supposed to help with chronic pain, ie magnetic bracelet for carpal tunnel syndrome, necklace for stress related shoulder and neck pain.
