On wikipedia it says she was born to a Jewish American father and a Philadelphia-born Italian American mother. So how on earth is she part Filipino? It says on ALOT of websites that she does have Filipino blood in her...but i don't understand because none of her parents are of Filipino heritage.

Don't believe everyting on Wikipedia.
It's edited by regular people so alot of stuff on there is fake.
I don't know if you watch The Colbert Report but he was able to have wikipedia add on to the definition of elephants: 'thanks to stephen colbert the elephant population has tripled over the past few years'.
or something like that. and that clearly isn't true.
She may very well be part Filipino but if enough people said otherwise to the Wiki people, then it wouldn't be on there.

Look when something is outstanding/excellent such as Rachel Bilson's looks insecure people are going
to bump heads trying to change the facts to suit their weird agenda(s).

The other day one or more people tried to peddle the story that Elvis Presley and Ava Gardner had African background because they had such good looks. The truth is that Presley and Ava Gardner are
both real good looking southern white people.

If Rachel Bilson is Jewish/Italian,so what?. She is still beautiful. She is however not quite on the level
of Jennifer Fox who has been impossible to beat on looks. Now don't listen to anyone who might choose to say Jennifer Fox is part anything except that she is another great looking white southerner with some American Indian background.

For the record: I am not considered Caucasian. So relax and enjoy life.

I suppose it varies quite a bit. My mother is Filipino and my father is Australian with English ancestors. My two sisters and I all look completely different, you wouldn't even think that we're related. But all of the half Filipino half Caucasian people that I know have brown hair, brown eyes, olive skin and almost shaped eyes. The height varies quite a bit though although the majority of Filipinos are quite short. As long as you're happy then it doesn't really matter though, does it? :)
