Make sure you are actually having sex at the right time to conceive. Its amazing how many people (including myself at one point) where completely uncertain about when they are ovulating. I recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It explains the entire method of "charting" your cycle to better be able to conceive. Good luck!

It has recently been shown that a diet high in animal products is detrimental to a woman's fertility. You could try switching your diet to a vegetarian or vegan one, which would be beneficial for you and the baby, once you conceive. Also, relax! So many people have trouble conceiving because, ironically, the stress of trying to conceive prevents it! Get into good shape physically, and really get to know your body. Getting in tune with your ovulation schedule really helps, also. A woman's body temperature goes down when she is ovulating, so maybe you could invest in a good thermometer and use the internet to find other ways to monitor your ovulation. Be patient, and get in lots of practice!

Just relax and don't think babies!!! I know it sounds stupid but you might be trying too hard! We took 11 months to concieve our 3rd, but then we took a holiday, forgot about it (we were going to start fertility treatment when we got back) but hey presto! We found out we were pregnant. As soon as we weren't trying it happened. But also, you may want to get a referral to a fertility clinic just to make sure everything is working O.K.
Good luck!!!

Seeing your ob/gyn will help. You may have some undiagnosed problems that are preventing it. Good luck. My friend tried for about 2 yrs, then miscarried and finally after 3 yrs of trying had a baby.

You should get checked out after trying for 6 months w/out success; make an appointment w/ your OB/GYN or Fertility Specialist.

either get a better sex partner or stop trying so hard and just relax. Both of yall need to get tested and try having sex right after work as soon as you get home, thats when you are most relaxed, when you walk in the house and kick off your shows and sit down, dont you feel relaxed? now start the freaking!!!! then after sex i promise you you will be pregnant.

I recommend taking an actual vacation with your spouse as that is how I got pregnant both times. We had tried for a year and finally got pregnant after taking a vacation and being able to relax and enjoy ourselves! You should try it!

This is probably something you should talk to your doctor about. If you've been unable to for this long theres a chance it could be something serious. Your doctor is your best bet at finding out why you've been unable to get pregnant.

Please see your ob/gyn.
On a different note, if you have a long-term partner/husband/boyfriend, have you considered that he might be part of the problem? Fertility is a two-way street.
Best Wishes.
