I know that he is supposed to tell how long winter will last, but exactly how accurate is he?

They said on the news that his predictions are 39% accurate.

He is not accurate.No matter what happens, whether he sees his shadow or not, winter ends around March 21st. Temperatures will be cold, snow will fall, and winter will end when it ends.
