Warm tea bags and put them on your eyes for about 10 to 20 minutes, This is what I use. Also try taking some icecubes and putting in a cup of water then take a spoon and dip it till its cold. use the back of the spoon and lightly press on eyes. Only for a few seconds at a time,( you probably can't go longer then that, cause it's so cold. I read that in a teen beauty magazine along time ago when I was young. It helps

I really like Aveeno's "Positively Radiant Eye Brightening Cream" but it's a bit on the expensive side, ranging in price where I live in North Carolina from $15-$20.

Have you tried tea bags or cucumbers? I soak my tea bags for a few minutes, and then lay down and put them on your eyes.
Slice a cucumber into thin circles, don't have to peel it or anything. Put a slice over each eye and lay back and rest your eyes. There are lots of medicines on the counter, but both of these are less than .50cents.
