A few options for you dude. By train, flight, buses, cab, bike, bicycle, cruise or if your active enough you can swim from S'pore to Johor then walk all the way to KL.

You can either take the plane, train or bus. However, most convenient and economical way is to take a bus.

There are plentiful of buses to take from Singapore - KUL. Direct buses take about 5-6 hours and you can get all these buses at Golden Mile Complex, Beach Road. Fare starts from SGD30.00.

Cheapest way: Take a Singapore-Johor coach (from Queen Street, Singapore to Larkin Bus Station, Johor). From there, lots of buses to KUL. Total fare less than SGD20.00. You need about extra 2 hours to do this route.

Don't be silly...taking a train? It is going to make you sit for over 10 hours to reach K.L.! If you were to take a coach (S$30) from beach road, it takes nearly 6 hours (including custom clearance, travelling time from Beach road to Woodlands/Tuas link) to reach there!

Take a Bus 170 from Queen Street and head directly to J.B. Larkin bus station. Then took a comfortable double deck coach (RM24=$12) VIP seating to K.L. Zoooommm...it only takes 4 hours to reach Puduraya!

If you still in doubt, make a post again.

once you have entered Johor Bahru via the imigration checkpoint, just look out for the signage which says Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan or UTARA - Kuala Lumpur & the highway will take you all the way up north to Kuala Lumpur.

just loook for the sign 'lebuhraya utara selatan'...(north south highway and you are there.....

won't suggest you to take the train as the recent johor flood damaged alot of the rail tracks........so i suggest a bus would be a good idea to kuala lumpur .....cheaper....

if you are going back by bus, can go to Queen Street and take direct bus/KL_Singapore Bus, all the way to Pudu Raya/KL
if you go by train(KTM), take from Tg Pagar Railway Station, all the way to KL Sentrel.
