Program to make a signature or some one who can help?

Does anyone know of a program i could get to make a signature for a forum. I got two different tags in mind but want to see how they turn out... if any one could help with a program or some other way would be appreciated...thanks

You can try using Gimp it is free and easily comparable to photoshop. There are many tutorial sites as well that teaches how to use it to make a sig, I have not made one but I make page layouts and other graphics with mine.
