Would like to....

get a job using these talents, maybe?

Know anything about computers? Graphic arts on computers is pretty big stuff just now. Graphic artists do anything from doing a logo for a client, to designing the color scheme for a website. But you'll need to know at least a little bit about RGB color schemes and codes.

What about doing work in other mediums? Oils? Pastels? Chalk? Stone, clay? Neon? Paper Mache? Fabric? Know much about any of these?

What about keeping good records of your efforts? How do you back up the data you've created on the computer? How do you know how much a client owes you? How much did you bill that guy when you worked 200 hours on his website, and did he pay?

And what about the contacts you'll make in college? Some of the people there will go on to be managers and art directors for big companies. They'll be in a position to hire people, or recommend artists to other companies. The college or university will probably have a placement office that will help you get that first job. The one I work for can help you get the next job after that, too.

And I haven't even mentioned the college parties.....
