If you are refering to power, most of the time, it should not be any problem. Normal international AC adapter manage work from 110V to 240V.

If you are refering to OS, you would like to install OS that of you like.

If you are refering to warranty, it depend on what written on the warranty term and condition.

A laptop will run on 110 or 240 without an adapter. To be sure, look on you power supply and the input should be 110-240 or thereabout. The only problem you may have is with the dvd player region code. If you use American dvd's that will not be a problem. I have used mine there with no problem.

I dont know what type of power thay use so you might need a converter. But other than that your internet and stuff should work just fine.
