You need to talk to a counselor at your daughter's school and they can get you in touch with someone that can help your daughter. There is no reason that you nor your son should go through that. If you need to get the police involved, don't be afraid to do it. I know what it is like to have a sibbling beat on you and getting your daughter help is going to be the best for your whole family. Good Luck!

Your family needs professional help. I would not wait. It sounds like your daughter is on the verge of truly hurting or killing someone.
I would also think about calling the police on her when she becomes abusive. I know it would be the hardest thing to do to your child but it is in her best interest, and your son's too. Think about what could happen to him.
This is a very scary situation and I wish you and your family the best of luck.

Go to court and get a court intervention, she's a danger to your family and to herself. The police will pick her up and have her admitted into a hospital, where she can get a psychiatric evaluation. They will take good care of her.Hopefully they'll find the right medication for her. It's normal to feel sorry for her when you see what she'll be going through, but her getting help is priority right now.Good Luck& take Care.

I totally agree with starrdevi. Seek professional help asap. It is obviously more serious than the passing phase all teenagers go through. Till help comes, encourage her to talk as much as possible about how she feels. Don't interrupt, don't ask questions that you know will annoy her. If you have to ask, put in gentle, unobtrusive questions that will encourage her to open out more.

I really think you need to get some professional help. Talk to your family physician and he/she can help you more they do have medications for people that have anger control issues. Just let her know that no matter what the doc says that you still love her. Good luck.

Your predicament is awful and somewhat dangerous. Start with your GP and ask for referral for either you or her. From the sounds of things, I doubt she be very cooperative with counsellor or such. You need to take care of you and your son.
She needs help and so do you. Sounds like what many call ADDA
please take care.

Start with her school counselor and get a referral to a psychiatrist. Sounds like she needs some medication, and fast. If you don't do this, she will end up in prison, or dead. Do you understand?

take everything out of her room except bed light and clothes. serve meals at the table same time daily. limit her television to when you watch it. no jewelry. when she responds the way you want give something back.
take charge of your daughter you are her father not friend she will respect you. she must know what she loses if she shows disrespect. if she shows attitude physically put her in her room. one foul mouth word and beat her butt.
she must learn that by her decisions she brings consequences and you will enforce her choice.i.e. she brings it on her self.................

Call the police and tell them that she is a danger to you and your son. They will make an incident report and you can take it to the magistrate and ask for a warrant. Maybe the judge will send her to boot camp. Good Luck.
