can you give me an idea of how to wear a strapless shirt to school? its tite around the boobs, but then goes all flowy. it's white. its soo cute, but im kinda..haha..flat, so it doesnt stay up on its own...plus, im not allowed to wear tank tops, much less strapless shirts to school.

Don't wear it to school, wear it to a after school thing and wear a very short jacket over it since you are flat. The layered look is Very in!!
