it could be a virus or an OS issue i suggest try removing IE from yr PC and reload the software or try some other browser if you have one like netscape

It might be due to virus, or OS issue.
Have you try to reload the OS before. Does it help?

yes it shuts down when you press ok.... thats wuts it is suppose to do and u also have spyware- adware- walware- or a viruse on ur computer... sorry. :(

your computer was attacked by a virus make sure your virus rotection is up to date because the virus is still in your computer
