I like the name Nico for a girl. What do you think?

Yes, it is pretty and reminds me of Nico, the singer for the Velvet Underground.
This shows the meaning and popularity, but it says it's a boy's name. Personally I think it is feminine. Good choice.

Nico is beautiful, but you might want to consider some middle names. Like:
Nico Michelle
Nico Alison
or
Nico Catherine.
There are always pros and cons to a name like, will she get teased, if so try to stick with a more common name. If you want a more plain name but like the basis for Nico try Nicole. Congrats if you are having a baby and if not don't sweat it.

I always thought of Nico as a boys name but I actually think it's adorable for a girl and very cool.

Nico is a very pretty name but if you don't want to name your daughter after yourself how about Nicolette? I always thought it was a beautiful name and look it even has NICO in it! =)

My nephew is Nico, so I always associated with a boys name, but I think it would work for a girl too, for sure. Nika, would be cute too, put a feminine twist on it.

you name that child Nico (rymes with Tyco) every one gone say "hey there Nico you must be the right ho for me. dont do that to that baby just name her Juanita or Crystal

Sounds like short for DOMINIC. Careful of gender changeable names. I once taught 2 kids who were named SYDNEY...boy and a girl. And be careful of CUTE names....remember that cute little boy/girl will one day be 70....GRANDMA TIFFANY?
