I think its a show called Juvies. It's about teenagers that get in trouble with the law and go to jail. Then they either get sentenced to foster home or group home or go home to their family.

Its a show called juvies.. its about kids who run away, do drugs, steal, etc.. etc.. I feel sorry for the girl, Sarah. She didnt really do anything that bad, and her moma.. oh lets not get started on her. It upset me that her moma didnt want her after she finished her time there...

they have to put their hands behind their back whenever they are walkin in the hallway, and i dont know why they have to put them behind their backs
