Ok I got it to where it will read the disc. Now it says "Windows is loading files" it does that, then it looks like Windows Vista is starting up (with the load screen, similar to the XP screen)...but then after that it just goes to a blank blueish green screen. (blueish-green like a brand new vista desktop would look, somewhat)

Now any ideas of the problem? I let it sit there for awhile and it does nothing...everything in my machine should be vista compatible...here i will post all that i have.

Hold the control key and boot up : your bios chip has cmos settings and advanced cmos settings. the cmos offers the option to boot from HDD or another drive, select floppy drive from all the options save the settings and reboot with the Vista disk in the drive. If Vista loaded all the software in the original setup correctly it will prompt you to overwrite or repair -- pick repair and let Vista run. Make sure all your Motherboard drivers and video drivers are loaded too. If all goes well reboot and change cmos setting back to boot from HDD first.
