The truth is we still don't know. I don't want to speculate but Kishimoto's favorite character in the series is Sasuke.
But as for your question, I think Sakura had mature enough with the time-skip and if ever she still loves Sasuke, I don't know about that. Nothing in the manga pinpoints to that idea. As for Sasuke, the only thing he has on his mind is to kill Itachi.
