Humans, and Other alligators will fight over territory, and during mating the males fight. Monitors and some reptiles eat the eggs of alligators. But I am pretty sure humans are probably the biggest threat as they are to all animals. When it comes to babies birds fish and other reptiles will think nothing of harming them. Good Luck!

Man - since he exploits the alligator mainly for his skin-purses,belts,boots-shoes and so on.What I find totally disgusting are the heads with usually open mouths of baby-very small alligators-found in many shops throughout Florida esp Southrn Florida and touted as being useful as ashrrays, caddies and so on.Simply barbaric. Man-again for he will detroy the wetlands and so on that the alligator lives in. Also Weather Extremes-if drought for too long the alligator loses living territory for waterways will dry up and so on.

I'm not sure about"natural" enemies........but I will tell you this, people that buy Burmese pythons and release them into the wilds are scaring the heck out of the gators. A Burmese python will (and has) swallowed as big as a 6 foot alligator.

Baby alligators have many enemies, monitor lizards, eagles, herons, genets, water mongoose, otters, tigerfish, catfish, terrapins, and owls. The eggs are eaten by water monitors, mongoose, otters, hyeanas, baboons, warthohgs, and bushpigs. Out of a nest of 50 only one alligator will make it to adult hood.
For an adult alligator, humans are the only real threat.

hmm, what about snakes? I saw something about that on National Geographic, where people in Florida keep buying exotic pets which eventually affect the natural wildlife in the area.
