Cut by Patricia McCormick is rather emo, about a girl who goes into a mental institution for cutting.
Francesca Lia Block's Weetzie Bat books tend to be rather popular with the emo set, I believe.
For good woe-is-me type stories I recommend Julie Ann Peters' Keeping You a Secret and Kate Morgenroth's Jude.
