Everyone has abs. If you can't see them that means that the layer of fat between the ab muscle and the skin is too thick. Start an interval cardio program (periods of low and high intensity) and cut back a little on food intake. Be sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean sources of protein. Cut back or cut out junk food. They are just filled with empty calories and will make loosing the fat that much harder.

The best way to get abs maybe 6 second abs or ab lounge, and it is about dumb because u only use it to get abs and then when ur done with it, it'll probably go in ur closet. do sit ups or crunches, and run or bike, sign up for a sport

Increase protein intake and do crunches until it burns, then take a break and do more. Don't forget to do side crunches to add the obliques.
(At your weight I don't think you have fat tissue covering your abs, that's why i didn't address it.)
