how often are people truely born on the cusp of two signs? meaning at 0 degrees 0 minutes NOT within 5 days of the cusp?? Reason for asking is i was born at 00 sagittarius and capricorn but most people i find are all with the 5 days and not actually born at 00.

It's not that often - but it happens. I have had only 2 other people in my 8 years of being a card reader and then I redid someones chart - so actually, it was only one. ;)

no one is ever truly born on the cusp. I do not what you are talking about 0 degrees and 0 minutes. each planet moves into each sign at a specific time on a specific day. if you feel you were born on the cusp you simply must find out what time you were born and find out exactly what time the sun passed from one sign to another on the day you were born. if you know what time, feel free to contact me and i will be happy to tell you once and for all precisely which sign you are.
