There is this guy that keeps calling me and insulting me and saying I should commit suicide.He calls me fat and makes fun of my family.I have'nt even seen him in like 3 months and I dont even go to his school but he just keeps haseling me.He says I egged his house but I didnt.The guy is crazy and my family is afraid of what he might do.He called me over and over again today but I only answered it once.How do I get a retraining order?

Document the harassment and then call the police. I think he has to have actually made a threat, but call them anyway to find out.

It sounds like you are a teenager. If the only access that he has to you and your family, is through your phone, why are you giving it to him? The first thing you should do is to NOT answer your phone. That would be the easy way to end this. If you insist on a really big show, however, your parents would have to go to the local Police Dept. and file Harassment charges against the guy. A warrant will be issued for his arrest and he and his parents, and you and your parents will be given a date to appear in court. You, and your family will tell the Judge what has happened,(testify) and if you have any friends who have witnessed his actions, they can testify in your behalf also. Then he will tell his side of the story. The Judge will make his decision. If he rules in your favor, it is very likely he will tell this boy to stay away from you and leave you and your family alone, along with slapping him with a hefty fine.
In regard to a Restraining Order, it depends on your the state's laws, but I think you will need an attorney to file for that. Whereas almost all states have the Harassment Statue.

first off call and make police reports and have a tap put on your phone from the phone company that way you can press charges for harrassment
