cartoon maker?

okay my friend told me their was this site that you could scan your drawlings in, and it would make them into cartoons, but he lost it. Does anybody know what the site is because I have been drawling mario in black and white, and it is pretty good, and i want to see how close it would be to the real mario lol. please help.

I've never heard of this site, but maybe you are thinking of the program Flash???...
