I have a tough time putting on make up, too. Go to http://www.maybelline.com , it has great tips for putting on make up for people who don't know how. It is also important to put on the right shades of makeup. Go to http://www.covergirl.com to pick out your colors. Remember, go with your first impression. If you think your make-up looks bad or you are wearing too much, you're right. Make sure your new look is minimal. Hope this helps!

For mascara, try to get a mirror on a stand that sits on a table-- something like this one: http://www.ulta.com/control/product/~product_id=6061298

Rest your elbows either on the table or on the arms of a chair to keep them steady. Raise your chin up, which makes your eyes naturally close a little bit, but so that you can still see in the mirror. Practice using the mascara wand on the *tops* of your lashes only--the part that shows when your eyes are closed, not the underside of your lashes that show when they're open. It's better to make all of your mistakes smearing mascara on your eyelid, rather than on your fully open eye!

Once you get the hang of that after a few weeks, then for the underside, raise your chin only a little bit, look in the mirror and touch the mascara wand only to the very tips of your lashes. Before you know it, you will have a steady hand with the mascara wand.

Another tip--don't use or practice with waterproof mascara. It's too hard to get off when you're in the learning stages. Good luck!

Just experiment over the weekend with make-up and a light mascara to begin with.

apply makeup sparingly....when you are young..you do not need alot...Put on a little powder...a little blush for your cheeks....be careful with the mascara..when you put it on your lower lash...put the wand staight up & down...and then put your mascara on...just brush it carefully on your lashes....dont poke your eye

What is your question? What should you do about what? This makes no sense. How old are you?
