Unless the rules have changed you can rate the questions and give a thumbs up or down to the answers now. You can also answer more questions at each level. Once you hit lev 5 you can ask/answer as many questions as you want to.

Level 3 and 4 are the same, can ask more questions and answer more. Level 5 is unlimited answering.

You get to answer 20 more questions untill you get to level 5 then theres no limits. I believe your question asking limit increases by 5 as well and then its unlimited at level 5

you can ask more questions the higher you go and you can rate questions at level 2. your poiints go higher and higher as you go. you go up to level 7. thats as high as u can go.
