If u change the Base model Rsx's engine with a k20a2(200hp), what kind of modifications has to be done other than engine-related ones?

If you were to swap the K20A2 into the base model RSX the only thing you would really need is the correct ECU so that the engine functions properly. Everything else would stay the same.

Changing the brakes is not a necessary upgrade, but its not a bad idea.

Unless your base RSX engine is trashed I doubt it would be worth while. You are only gaining 40 HP at the top of the rev band. I'd keep the base as a daily driver and find a older Civic or Integra with the exhaust on the front of the engine. That would make a turbo install and mods fun and easy. Just a thought.

if u changed the engine,u must also change the brake 4 safety.
