Well I can give the definition of organization behavior:
"The field that seeks increased knowledge of all aspects of behavior in organizational settings through the use of the scientific method."
But I'm sure if you're being assigned a paper your professor will probably want a much larger definition than that (with examples).

it depends on each organisation small or big medium .located in eurpoe or asia etc need to be known.
