Any junior's-type store (ex: Forever 21, Wet Seal), maybe H&M depending on her size. Delias.com has cheap skinny jeans too, & they're having a buy one get one half off sale.

Well, a perfect place to buy skinny jeans would be gap kids they are about 15.00-29.50 i believe. Or you can try Limited Too that would be great too.

you can buy skinny jeans anywhere, it just depends what size she is. if she is still in kids sizes maybe try the limited too store isf shes not in kid sizes, try anyother store, you can find skinny keans literally anywhere. well goodluck findign them. i hope i helped.

do you mean skinny as in for a skinny 12 year old?
at a store like macys or kohls you should be able to find those jeans in the junior department.... just get a smaller size.........
