heat lamps, and make sure that you have a gradient. You also want to keep off any drafts, esp this time of year.
What you can do (I did this for my chameleon- they can't have glass cages) is put up cardboard on the side (or 2 or 3) opposite the heat lamp. It will help trap some of the heat in, but more importantly, it will keep drafts out. You can also buy a under the tank heating pad to heat the ground.
You don't want the temps to go below 65- preferably up in the 70s or they can not digest their food. You will end up with a dead lizard if they can not digest and the food just rots inside of them.

I would get as many heated rocks that you can afford...and maybe place a modest space heater super close to the mesh. You should have a thermometer inside so you can gage the temp and adjust according on the species of gecko.

use a nice heat lamp or a heating pad. the heating pad goes in the bottom of the tank under the bedding and stays really warm.
