women are not equal to men. never have or never will. catering to him has nothing to do with be a equal. that's something ur mother does to him and she don't mind doing that. there is men that caters to women because if they don't the man never hears the end of it. women are far more worse on stuff like this then a man is. there are more gold diggers, childish, selfish, spoiled, etc. women then there is men. cooking a supper most women know a days complain about it. catering and doing it out of the kindness of ur heart is different. i feel sure he does stuff for ur mom u don't see u are only seeing what she does for him. everyone has a different meaning of catering. i do stuff for my husband because I'm up etc. not that im catering to his every need.

Women are equal to men. I am on your side when I say that in a married relationship, it is just out of love for each other that the woman does special little things for her man like bring breakfast to him in bed as a suprise, etc.. You know... being romantic. AND this is a two way street. I am a guy and I have done many things for my past girlfriends "just because". Now your father would be dead wrong if he is implying that a married man or any man in general has the right to say "hey BI-CH get me a beer" to their wife. THAT or demands like that would be wrong and well introduce me to a man that treats a girl like that and watch how fast I put that man in the hospital. RESPECT TOWARDS WOMEN IS EVERYTHING. Men and women over all are equal. We do have our own strenths and weaknesses though.

Women can have children, but don't seem to grasp that when the check engine light comes on, it means you should check the engine.

Men are far superior in the areas of lawn care, BBQ, and vehicle maintenance. But a 20 year old coed laying out on her front lawn can turn us all into drooling idiots.

Oh, and women are multi-orgasmic. Men definitely got the shaft in that area.

Of course we are equal and have been considered equal for a long time, long before your Dad was born, but that has nothing to do with catering to our men. I cater to my husband, not because he expects it though, it's because I enjoy it. He takes excellent care of me so I feel like I return the gesture. I don't work outside the home any longer and our children are grown and gone. I enjoy spoiling him and vice versa, it's pretty even for us.
