First of all, the more you take offense to being called gay, the more ppl at school are going to call you this. For the most part, when ppl are uncomfortable or feel as if they don't measure up, the first thing they do is try to insult. For heterosexuals, that means using "gay" as if it's a bad word. Not only are the ppl using this term often jealous or uncomfortable, they're also homophobic. So you're not a jock... big deal. Neither was Bill Gates and look at him.
Be yourself. Don't try being what everyone else expects. Highschool is the toughest time of your life and know that it will get easier if you don't buckle under the pressure. It's 4 years of your life, think of it as running the gauntlet and know that there's a light at the end of the tunnel... and trust me, it's not another train.

I went through the same thing in middle school and high school. And if it's one thing I have learned in my life: People will always judge you either verbally, physically, or just one of those looks we all hate. I was always the clean one in class also. I was never late, kept to myself, and never had a girlfriend (until I was 20). I always got all the gay remarks because I was raised my my mother and I have a lot of femine qualities. I love to talk on the phone, shop, even sewing. You just have to let it go. As long as you know you're not gay then everything will work out sooner or later. It may seem hard and annoying, but after you've heard all the insults and names, you get used to it. I still get some of those remarks today (I'm 25) but they say their peace and walk away. I hope this helps and good luck.

the more you fight back....the more you will be called it. I am 37 and from hs up people have said the same about me. Cause I am a thin, clean cut, well dressed man. Plus I am not like a normal grunting male who is into beer, sports, violence, etc.

Just ignore them....they are just jealous that they are who they are. Jocks are "the big men on campus" when in hs....and the nerds/geeks/gay boys are picked on and put down. But later in life....we run the show....not the jocks.

And trust me.....the fine women like a clean cut guy over the grunt men. The whores go for the jocks.

People will not be content until they can have every last person they are aware of labelled. You seem to display mannerisms that align with being gay to them but that correlation is lost on me. I know many straight guys who like to shop... and spend money. My guess is that because you are rich and you appear groomed daily the name calling isn't so much meant a s a label of sexuality but an indication of their envy towards you. Brush it off... the people sound like they aren't worth the heartache.

The only thing that I can give you for advice, is try to ignore it, and people will forget about it. Gosh... I'm usually really good at giving advice... but I just cant think of anything. Show them your not gay by showing that you dont care. That what I'd do and I can solve almost ANY problems. Peace out. Love/Kodi

You have been born 'generic' you stupid boy...you have been born gay... Be grateful God made you considered one of His 'particular' human beings...(nevertheless many of the time being considered one of Gods 'particular' human beings is a lot harder than others...that's many times simply by fact He has very 'particular' plans for you that no person else might desire to in all probability gain)...have fun and be happy...compliment the Lord...you're gay...what a awesome blessing it is...

Just be who you are. Jeez, who cares what others think? Dont you dare change who you are. A rich, clean guy who loves to shop and spend money? You are a straight girls wet dream! Get yourself a hottie and remember that the only thing those guys are going home to is their right hand.

Tell a good looking Girl you need her help because of the way Guys feel about you.Beg her please ...let her know you really mean it.She may feel bad and go for it.Let her know you need to prove something.Flaunt her in front of these guys. Remember who these guys are and tell them see I'm not gay. They may come back with that its just a cover up!
I know because I've been through this. Then I said if I was gay would I do this.I grabbed the back of the girls hair pulled it back and layed an Awsome make out Kiss right on her lips with Confidence.
Then let the girl know later how thankful you are that she let you do that.FInd out if she's for it if you feel uncomfortable about it.

"Me thinks the boi doth protest too much." LOL

Honestly dude, if you have money and play sports you seem to have it all going for you. That means people may just be jealous and think of things to try to bring you down. If you aren't gay, you know it, why have to defend yourself. Let them think what they want, just go buy a BMW. That will make you feel better :)

They are probably jealous of you because you have more money than them, and are looking for a way to insult you.

Maybe you would be better off changing to a new school if you explain to you're parents you're having a bad time.
