Ok. I have dreams about me with another girl sometimes and there is this other girl that comes to my house and I think maybe she may be a lesbian too. Because we will play fight on the bed, she licks my ear sometimes, she rubs my leg when we are watching a movie, and when we are on the bed we will just stare at each other for a second like we are going to kiss. So what does all this mean??

I have also never had sex with a girl or anything like that with another girl so this would be my first.

If you are getting that close to another girl it sounds to me like you are open minded enough to try a kiss..etc. You are not a lesbian/bi unless you say so. A kiss or having sex with a woman doesn't mean you ARE a lesbian. Perhaps you are curious or bored or whatever. Go with the flow and it will come to you later. Or fight it and figure it out the next time the girl comes over. Follow your heart and you will be ok.

Well... it could mean different things. You could just be curious, you could be attrated to the same sex. It coudl also be something you want to try and experience. So if things lead to another find away to experiment and see where your feelings take you.
