You need to open the case, locate a place to put it, Plug in IDE cable (data) and power cable, Also sound to your motherboard.
52 (write speed) x 32 (re-write speed) x 52 (read speed)

The Cdburner comes with a PCI Cord. It looks like a gray cord. On the Motherboard there is IDE 2 (that's where that Cord gets into) Plug it in there and you're good.

Don't forget, ALL THIS PROCCESS, make sure YOUR PC IS OFF (UNPLUGGED)

Anyways, 52x32x52 means the speed of burning. 52x is fast, 3 minutes and your CD is ready. 32x is re-write speed.

you open up the case and take of your old CD /DVD burner out put in your new CD / DVD burner in and connect the cables that the old one had to the new CD / DVD burner.
note turn of your computer first and disconnect the power cable.
