Amazon in South America is the "Largest" river. Nile in Africa is the "Longest" river.

This is quite a wrong putting of your question, so do you mean biggest in volume or longest.
They told you anyhow, the longest is Nile and the largest in volume is the Amazon, biggest river basin.
Anyhow you can very simply get these answers from the internet , since you are using it!

The Amazon! its a trick question, they expect you to answer "the nile" because it is commonly known as the longest, but the LARGEST meaning volume and length combine, carries more water,etc is definitely the Amazon.
