This is quite a wrong putting of your question, so do you mean biggest in volume or longest.
They told you anyhow, the longest is Nile and the largest in volume is the Amazon, biggest river basin.
Anyhow you can very simply get these answers from the internet , since you are using it!

South America's Amazon River is the world's largest because it carries more water to the sea than any other river. The Amazon's discharge at its mouth is approximately 7 million cubic feet per second

The Amazon! its a trick question, they expect you to answer "the nile" because it is commonly known as the longest, but the LARGEST meaning volume and length combine, carries more water, etc is definitely the Amazon.

although it is common known that the nile is the longest river, in fact, amazon (with ucayali and apurimac) is the longest measuring 7025 km.
amazon carries the most water also, with 120000-200000 m3/s
