If you haven't had sex yet, then no worry about STDs. Little spots at the base of your penis? No way to tell without seeing them, we aren't psychic! You didn't describe them either...are they something new, or maybe you just noticed them? Are they raised, reddened, do they itch, burn, hurt, just sit there?

Well, You need to go to the doctor to find out. It could be serious.
If you had oral sex, not saying you did, it could be something like genital herpes, and that is very contagious.
Otherwise, pimples are very unlikely to sprout there. If you masterbate...... And you used something unusual such as lubricant, you could have an allergic reaction/ this is just based off of ideas since there isnt much info to tell. So good luck, see a doctor in case its serious.

This is a very common condition among guys during puberty. I'm not completly sure, but I think it's called scabies and it will go away in time. Just ignore it. Also, it's a good thing that you haven't had sex yet. Go you! Remember, you can get yourself into LOADS of trouble when you missuse what God gave you.

Do the spots hurt?
If they do, get a little bit of cream and put it on the spots that hurt.
It happened to me and now they're gone so don't worry about it.
