the best of times by styx.i remember being young the summer of graduation and driving with my girlfriends in the car with the windows down and song blaring..we all looked at each other and started crying cause the end was immenent.enjoy these times forever,they slip by so fast.there is also the greatest friends song by elton john called friends.he sings"if your friends are there then everythings allright"

I know its done before, but "everybody's free to wear sunscreen" by Baz Luhrman seems appropriate. I like it, because especially for your case, its a song providing advise in order to enjoy and learn from life itself as you grow older and move on.
One minor problem might be that in the very beginning it says "ladies and gentlemen of the class of 99" but that can be edited or deleted.
