So I want to get dinner for my girlfriend... she's drunk and passed out already. She's all into this diet thing so nothing greasy. There is nowhere to get chineese food either. What's a good thing to eat that's reasonably healthy, but won't upset her stomach further?

Any food will slow down the effects of alcohol, which is why as a bartender I try to sell appetizers along with drinks. So she might need to just sleep it off for now. As you point out, anything fried or dairy-based could upset her stomach and probably won't be diet-friendly either. I would suggest pasta with a light tomato sauce, not too buttery and certainly no alfredo. Just looking at alfredo sauce will make you fat! As for a bland food that's easy on the stomach you can't go wrong with plain old bread. However, nothing is going to help her if it's going to come up right away. Good luck.
