Perhaps you have Dystonia? More specifically Blepharospasm (which is a focal dystonia). Check the links in my sources and scroll down to the section about Blepharospasm for more information. If you have a combination of repetitive blinking and chin thrusting you may have Meige's syndrome (which is a type of dystonia) - scroll down to "Orofacial-buccal dystonia" in the first article for more information on that syndrome.

From the first source:
"Blepharospasm means the involuntary contraction of the eyelids, leading to uncontrollable blinking and closure of the eyelids."

I am not sre how many blinks/min.you are talking about. We all blink, however I once read that intelligent people blink more than others, but I cannot prove that.Unless you are blinking way more than is "normal" don't worry about it.Otherwise consult a doctor.

your problem is a compultsive habit. i had a problem where i kept shaking my head. try to ignore it, and think about something else, like daydreaming or focusing on something. this will make you act naturally, and over time, you'll get rid of your habit.

Stop thinking about it, and close your eyes. Take a nap or something.
