Well it's not my place to ask you but, why would you want to? She's an individual just as you are. In my opinion I think you should embrace who you are and try to be your own person. If we were all the same looking people who all looked/dressed the same, could you imagine how boring life would be? Imperfections make us all unique and it's working with them and embracing yourself in your own creative way that sets you apart as an individual.

it depends on what you look like. you could cut/color your hair, and wear alot of makeup
