Last time a non happy person had my question removed as a violation for chatting. So I here it is again.
When I last did a search on Yahoo Q&A it has been over 5 months since anyone asked a question with the word Happy included. My enquiry here is to ask for people to help change that.
I think power to the people could be achieved in changing this site to a more positive expression of ourselves simply by choosing not to ask or answer some questions and being selective about those that we do ask or answer.
Have an Excellent Day - We could make Saturday our Happy Day.

I'm planning to be happy on March 29. I need to remain neutral tomorrow because too many happy days in too short a period would make my head explode.

I 100% agree. Lets be more happy on this Q+A, sometimes everyone seems so sad. and down in the dumps. Sure it is winter and we don't get as much sunshine. but lets all smile and cheer up to make our live more fun .Okay?
