what are some good truth or dares for just 2 girls bored?

My friend is coming over and alot of the time when its really late and nothings on t.v. we get bored. We've tried to play truth or dare but we can never think of any good things. (just so you know were in 8th grade) what are some good ideas?& what are some fun things to do or play or whatever
