Again you are asking questions with words that people who speak english would normally NOT use the way you intend them to be used. Thus....most of us think your questions are jibberish.
What the heck are a persons fufillments? In conversational english it would be ..........How do I sense and identifly what fullfills me?
You just don't use the words in a way that most of us can't understand.
