I am an auditor and working to be a CPA. I am not happy at accounting and auditing, and I want to do something else, like personal training, bartending (I am bartending a few parties this weekend for the first time), and physical therapy. I also like to read about food and exercising. Should I take the leap and study to do these things? or stick it out with being a CPA? I have a mortgage so I need a stable career with a decent salary. I don't have the pre-req's for the physical therapy so that might take a long time to pursue.

Stay with your current job and take courses part time with ONE of the other pursuits. Personal trainer seems to be a growth field. You might also considered working with older people -- a career closely allied with personal training.

How about a career in nutrition or physical therapy.

sounds like you need to open a small bar or pub! or even a mobile bar service! like a caterer for booze! and practicing the fancy bottle juggling can be fun too;)
