I really love the Golden Girls and I'm only in my twenties. Is that strange or are there others out there that love "the girls".

I loved the show when it first came out and I still love it in re-runs. It's a great show that crosses all age ranges and who doesn't love the "Thank you for being a friend" song to start off each episode!?

I loved watching the show when I was a little kid and I also love to watch it now that I'm in my early twenties. I love seeing the eccentric outfits that Dorothy wears, the different men Blanche finds, the crazy stories that Rose tells of St. Olaf and the old stories and crazy stuff that Sophia comes up with.

Not at all! I'm 24 and I love the Golden Girls. My husband makes fun of me all the time! I have all the seasons on DVD. I started watching them when I was little, and I just never stopped.

I am 28 for 3 more months and I love Golden girls, i still watch it on Lifetime...
A couple of years ago, I was talking to my boyfriends friend who is like 10 years older than me, and we discovered that his wife, who is my age, also watched the Golden Girls every night on lifetime.
There that's 3 of us....I hope that makes you feel a little less strange. :)

I'm 43 so I guess I'm the oldest one responding to this one! I used to watch Golden Girls when it first aired. Never missed an episode and now I still enjoy the reruns on Lifetime. My Mom is 82 and sometimes I'll say to her "Shady Pines, Ma". =)

I am 30 years old and my friend and I both love the Golden Girls. That was one of the funniest shows back then.
"Shady Pines, Mom." "Back in St. Olaf....."
"Blanche, you're a s-l-u-t!"
Classic. That show is classic.

I love that show! I don't typically watch it unless I'm on vacation...but it's so sweet, well written, and nicely acted.

I'm in my thirties and I love it...
My daughter started watching it when she was around 12 and she still loves it... she is 17 now and we both still watch it.
