Simple Answer:
The moon is not made of cheese because there are no cows on
the Moon to have produced the milk that the cheese was made
from, and no workers to turn the raw milk into cheese. There is
not one single dairy worker on the Moon.

Cheese comes from the milk from cows and there aren't any cows floating in outer space to create the cheese (or the 'milky way'). The only place in the entire universe known to have cheese of any kind is Earth. Even here it has to be created from ingredients, cheese doesnt come directly from anything.

Well cheese now thats a bit abstract cheese can only form in certain conditions and requires ingredian'ts that are not available on the moon

Do you look at the moon and wish it was a big ball of cheese?

We know that the moon surface is composed of rock and regolith. I still believe, however that we may learn that the interior of the moon is some type of cheese.

Because if it were, it'd probably have a very different weight and density and wouldn't have been pulled into orbit around Earth, and therefore wouldn't have been the moon anyway.
