With that little income, you don't have to do anything. You are not required to file at all.

Good luck.

You can usually pick up all tax forms at your local library. You should probably get a 1040ez (or something like that).

Then go to this link and even though it looks confusing, look for the links such as "filing requirements" and follow links from there.
Good Luck! It isn't so bad at this stage in your life, very simple and you can do it yourself. Mostly just fill in the blank! US old people have to pay smarter people to help us LOL

If there was no federal income tax withheld - you need do nothing. You didn't make enough money to have to file a tax return.

If there WAS federal income tax withheld - then you would want to file just to get the refund of that money. In which case you would go to your post office or library , pick up the 1040EZ form and instructions, fill it out and send it in.

Call the IRS and explain your situation more thoroughly. You have not given enough information for anyone to help you.
Your parents may be claiming you, do you have a live-in who's claiming you, do you have other income? There's a lot of unanswered questions. If you want to email me about your situation, I may be able to guide you further, but you should talk to the IRS for best advice. (I'm a tax professional, with an IRS number.)

You probably just need the 1040 ez form. It's very easy. You can do it on the internet for free with a company like taxact. Or, you can visit an IRS office. If you go to H & R Block, or someone like that, you will probably pay 50-75 or more for their services. But it is easy, and something you should be able to do on your own.

Go to your local library and get tax forms. 1040EZ form and there is an instruction packet to go with it. Don't forget your state forms. Also pay attention to see if you qualify for Earned Income Credit. Good luck!
